RaymaReyes.com is the personal and professional website of Rayma Y. Reyes, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified nurse practitioner and the founder of Momento Medical in Greenville, South Carolina. It exists to share her background, credentials, and areas of care. It is not the practice website, it does not provide medical services, and it does not collect health information.

This policy explains the small amount of information the site handles, what it does not do, and how to reach us with questions.

What this website collects

This site has no contact forms, no user accounts, and no comment features. It handles only the following:

• Your language preference. When you choose English or Spanish, or dismiss the language suggestion, that choice is saved in your own browser's local storage under the name "rayma-lang". It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
• Standard server logs. Like every website, the server that delivers these pages records basic technical details for each request, such as the page requested, the date and time, your IP address, and the type of browser. Our web host keeps these logs for security and troubleshooting and clears them on its normal schedule.

What this website does not do

• We do not use analytics services, advertising pixels, social media trackers, or tracking cookies of any kind.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
• We do not run newsletters or marketing lists from this site.
• Fonts and images are served from our own site, so viewing a page does not send a request to any third-party service.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

When you contact us

The phone number and email address on this site belong to Momento Medical. If you call, email, or text, you are reaching the practice directly, and what you share is used only to answer your question or help you schedule a visit. If you are not a patient, we keep your message only as long as needed to respond and follow up. You can ask us to delete your message or to stop contacting you at any time.

If you become a patient of Momento Medical, your health information is protected under HIPAA and governed by the Momento Medical Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices at momentomedical.com/privacy.html. This site does not store or process patient information.
